Information you choose to share
When you contact Impact Nation Church & Global Outreach Ministries or complete a form, you may provide your name, contact details, availability, interests, and message. These details are used to respond to your request and coordinate ministry follow-up. Signing up for a Connection Group expresses interest; the church will confirm placement and meeting details.
Special occasion submissions
Special occasion forms save your name, contact email, the person or couple being celebrated, occasion date, details, and recognition preference in a private church CMS collection. The ministry team reviews submissions. Nothing is published automatically. Birthdays are stored as month and day without a birth year. Please share another person’s occasion only with permission; a parent or guardian must submit or authorize a child’s occasion. Contact us to correct or remove a submission.
Prayer requests
Prayer requests are sent to the church through its Wix form. Share only what you are comfortable providing to the ministry team. Please avoid medical records, financial account details, or private information about other people. Contact the church if you have questions about who will receive your request or how it may be shared.
Website and external services
Wix hosts this website and its forms. The Messages page includes YouTube video players; YouTube may receive device and usage information when those players load or are used. Giving and pledge links open Givelify and Jotform. Those providers process information under their own policies. Payment details are entered with the giving provider.
